You may use the following address as a "nearby" point (the gas station just across the road on the corner of Maple Street and Tyus-Carrollton Rd.) as a substitute to get you very close: 23 Tyus-Carrollton Rd; Carrollton, Georgia.

From I-20 / Villa Rica / Douglasville -

Take I-20 to exit 24 (GA-61 / GA-101), turning south toward Carrollton. In approximately 8.5 miles, GA-61 intersects with GA 166 bypass around Carrollton (large intersection of 2 4-lane highways). Take a left on GA 166/Bypass. At the end of GA 166/Bypass, you take a left hand turn at the traffic light. The first road to your right past the Maple Commons Shopping Center (with Food Lion) is Maple View Drive (at the traffic light, with Tyus-Carrollton Rd. going off to your left). Once your turn on Maple View Drive, the office complex is just beyond the Texaco on the left. There are three buildings, my office is in the middle building (2nd on the left) and Suite 201 is the on the right side of that building.  There is ample parking both in front and in back of the building. 

 

From Bowdon -

 Take GA-166 (College Street) East for 9 miles, at which point it becomes Maple Street. You will reach Maple View Drive on the left just as you reach Tyus-Carrollton Rd. on the right and just before you reach Maple Commons Shopping Center (with Food Lion) on the left.  There will be a traffic signal there at that intersection. Once you turn onto Maple View Drive, you will first past the Texaco on the left and then reach Maple Commons Office Condos. There are three buildings, my office is in the middle building (2nd on the left) and Suite 201 is the on the right side of that building.  There is ample parking both in front and in back of the building.

 

From the Bremen / Temple Areas and I-20 East from Alabama -

Fastest Route: From US-27 South (Bremen towards Carrollton), take a right on Columbia Drive. Stay on Columbia Drive for about 3.3 miles (note that Columbia changes names, turning into Brumbelow Rd. then University Drive over this 3.3 miles). Take a right on West Georgia Drive for just under a mile. Then take a right on Maple Street and remain on that for about 1 mile. Just past the new CVS and Food Lion will be a Maple View Drive on the right (you can see the Texaco and the office building to your right from there). Turn right on Maple View Drive at the traffic signal (Tyus-Carrollton Rd. is the name of the road on the opposite side, to the left). Once you turn, you will first past the Texaco on the left and then reach Maple Commons Office Condos. There are three buildings, my office is in the middle building (2nd on the left) and Suite 201 is the on the right side of that building.  There is ample parking both in front and in back of the building.

Alternative (Longer) Route: Take US-27 South to Carrollton. Bremen towards Carrollton). Travel approximately 11 miles until you reach Maple Street / Hwy 166 to the right (just beyond the Rite-Aid Pharmacy and one street beyond Alabama Street). Continue on Maple Street past The University of West Georgia. Just under a mile beyond the main part of the college campus, you will reach the new CVS and Food Lion on the right. Just beyond the Food Lion Parking Lot will be Maple View Drive on the right (at the traffic light; Tyus-Carrollton Rd. is the name of the road on the left, on the opposite side). Once you turn, you will first past the Texaco on the left and then reach Maple Commons Office Condos. From Newnan  -

Take US-27 ALT / GA-16 / GA-34 toward Carrollton. Continue to follow US-27 ALT / GA-16 through Whitesburg (where you will pass a roundabout intersection, continue straight through it).  Just as you reach Carrollton, you will pass the Carrollton Jail on the right and Carroll Technical College on your left and then reach the GA 166/Bypass (the first 4-lane road you will reach). At this intersection, take a left (onto GA 166/Bypass).  At the end of GA 166/Bypass, you take a left hand turn at the traffic light. The first road to your right past the Maple Commons Shopping Center (with Food Lion) is Maple View Drive (there is a traffic signal there and Tyus-Carrollton Rd. will be on the opposite side, to your left). From Heard and Troop Counties (Franklin / Lagrange areas) and portions of Alabama -

Take US-27 N until you reach Carrollton. Soon after entering the first business district, you will cross over a bridge (that crosses the GA 166 bypass around Carrollton). Just at the end of that bridge, you will take a left onto the GA 166/Bypass.  At the end of GA 166/Bypass, you take a left hand turn at the traffic light. The first road to your right past the Maple Commons Shopping Center (with Food Lion) is Maple View Drive. The office complex is just beyond the Texaco on the left.
